Lieutenant Kenneth J Cyzen (ret.)

Lieutenant Kenneth Cyzen served with the Kane County Sheriff’s Office for over 27 years, with 17 years of supervisory experience in patrol, drug and gang criminal investigations, civil process, and the Office of Professional Standards. He is a former Team Leader and Commander of Kane County Sheriff’s Office Crisis Intervention Team (CRT). Lt. Cyzen currently works as an Adjunct Professor and Instructional Coordinator in the Criminal Justice Program at Elgin Community College in Elgin, IL and an Adjunct Professor in the Criminal Justice Program at Waubonsee Community College in Sugar Grove, IL. He is also employed as a Certified Forensic Investigations Instructor with Wicklander-Zulawski & Associates, Inc.
