Hostage Negotiations Phase I & II

This course covers essential aspects of hostage negotiation, including historical context, required equipment, and fundamental concepts. Students learn active listening techniques, psychological aspects of crisis negotiation, and practical skills like managing information and utilizing third-party intermediaries. Through lectures, PowerPoint, and videos, participants gain insights into negotiation tactics, stress management, and the tactical role of negotiators.
