Lieutenant Michael Anderson

Mike has been in law enforcement since 2002. Starting his career as a deputy with the Washington County Sheriff’s Department. He joined the SWAT team in 2006, serving in various rolls to include shield operator, entry, and sniper. In 2018 he made a lateral transfer to Waukesha County Sheriff’s Department, appointed to the position of Lieutenant. He joined the Tactical Enforcement Unit as Team Leader in 2018.
