Detective Christina La Fleur

Christina started her career in Law Enforcement with the University of Iowa Police Department as a Patrol Officer in 2007. While employed there, she served as a Field Training Officer as well as an operator on the Emergency Response Team (ERT). In 2010, she received certification as a Bomb Technician with the FBI through the Hazardous Devices School in Huntsville, Alabama and was a member of the Johnson County Metro Bomb Squad until she was hired by the Waukesha County Sheriff’s Office in 2013. Christina was promoted to Detective in 2015 and was subsequently assigned to the Identification Bureau as a Crime Scene Detective in 2016. Christina joined the Tactical Enforcement Unit as a negotiator in 2016.
