Sergeant Rachel de la Torre

Sergeant de la Torre is a patrol sergeant and the team lead for the Crisis Negotiations Team for the Queen Creek Police Department, in Queen Creek, Arizona. She was formally a Trooper with the Arizona Department of Public Safety (DPS) where she was appointed to the position of the Arizona Crimes Against Children Coordinator, Certified Human Trafficking Investigator, and a Criminal Target Unit Detective. Prior to a career in law enforcement, de la Torre was a Victim Advocate and Legal Advocate for victims of sexual assault, domestic violence, and sex-trafficking.
