Rick Barton

Rick Barton is a seasoned HR strategist with over 25 years of solid and measurable results in many industries, including Law Enforcement, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, and US Federal and State Government. Rick is passionate about maximizing the potential and impact of both talent and organizational performance. He serves as a Community Support Specialist with the Bloomington Police Department and is a Reserve Deputy Sheriff for the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office.

Rick’s background includes senior executive positions where he led the growth and development of leaders and organizations across the United States and at global business locations for companies that include Community Health Network, Indiana University Health, and Bayer, also served in executive coaching roles with the United States Olympic Center, and US Navy’s Fleet Operations.

Rick is a former United States Air Force Officer with a master’s degree in human resources development and a bachelor’s degree in business management. He also has many industry certifications in individual and organizational performance improvement.
