Alabama Bunker Incident
By request, for our newer association members – In 2013, a man took a five-year-old boy hostage after killing his bus driver. The FBI negotiated for seven days, while the man was fortified in his underground bunker in Alabama. The presenter will share their first-hand account when responding with the FBI Crisis Negotiation Unit to this incident.
