Supervisory Special Agent Tim Healy

Timothy C. Healy is a Supervisory Special Agent at the FBI’s Crisis Negotiation Unit, where he manages FBI regional field office crisis negotiation programs, deploys for high-risk operations, and conducts training and research, both overseas and domestically. SSA Healy is a Doctor of International Affairs (Conflict Resolution) from Johns Hopkins University and has a Master of International Public Policy from the same, and a Master’s in Forensic Psychology from Argosy University. SSA Healy is an FBI National Academy Session 291 graduate and serves on the Advisory Board at the Georgetown University Conflict Transformation Lab. He was a commissioned officer in the U.S. Army where he deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan.
