Sergeant Terry Holmes

Sergeant Terry Holmes has been a member of the Fort Wayne Police Department since 1994. Sergeant Holmes joined the Fort Wayne Police Department’s Crisis Response Team (CRT) in 2013. Sergeant Holmes has assisted with the FBI 40 Hour Basic Negotiation Course, in May of this year attend the 80 Hour National Crisis Negotiation Course in Quantico Virginia.

Sergeant Holmes became the Assistant CRT Team Commander in 2022, and is currently assigned as a patrol supervisor on second shift in the Northeast Division.
