Jumper Incident
Joe will present a two hour debrief involving a suicidal jumper on a bridge. After several hours of patrol attempting to speak with the subject, the tactical negotiations unit was called in to assist. Body cam footage of the incident is used to show the difference between patrol tactics and the negotiations unit.
